Virus

So, I gave my laptop a virus on accident; I downloaded this thing which was supposedly an antivirus thing, but once it was asking for money, I was going to uninstal it. But, it wouldn't let me and my brother told me that it was fake and that it was a huge virus and now almost all of my programs, save for IE and some others, won't open. Luckily, a guy from my work who my brother knows (I work with my brother) said he could fix it and reformat my laptop which is great because I lost my stupid cds that come with the laptop when you first buy it.

Anyway, just thought I'd let mah friends know since I might not be on for a few days or longer. I'm not too sure.
